The HHS Common Board of Directors meet regularly throughout the year. All meetings begin at 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise specified, and are open to the public for observation. Please note, if you would like to address the HHS Common Board of Directors, please submit your questions or comments, in writing, 48 hours in advance of the meeting, to alana.ross@amgh.ca.
If you are attending via MS Teams, it is expected that you will turn on your camera and introduce yourself. All public participants and guests will be exited from the meetings prior to moving into in-camera sessions.

Board Committees aid the HHS Common Board of Directors in its governance role. These committees assist with the work of the Board and provide direction to hospital leadership. Board Committees meet on a regular basis.

Our HHS Common Board is focused on governance, so you won’t be asked to raise funds. Our committees can be a bit more hands-on in their tasks but ultimately, they all make recommendations to the HHS Common Board.
