A Clinical Services Plan (CSP) will define what services the hospital should offer within the context of the overall strategy for the future. It will define in detail what the services are and why they were chosen as being core to the hospital's business. Creating a CSP will better inform decision-making for the allocation of resources to match the needs of the population the hospitals serve.
