Health care is changing at a rapid pace and we want to ensure it remains close to home and available for when you need it most. Please share with us your thoughts about your hospital as we develop our Clinical Services Plan (CSP). A Clinical Services Plan (CSP) will define what services the hospital should offer within the context of the overall strategy for the future. It will define in detail what the services are and why they were chosen as being core to the hospital's business. Creating a CSP will better inform decision-making for the allocation of resources to match the needs of the population the hospitals serve.
