In-Patient Services

FACILITIES/PROVISIONS

• 19 beds (11 Acute; 4 Rehab; 4 Chronic Care)
• Palliative Care Room
• 2 cardiac monitoring beds / 1 telemetry bed
• Nursing, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Diabetes Education, Clinical Nutrition
• Visiting hours 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 pm – please ask at reception for restrictions
• Clergy welcome
• Hospitalist model – All the patients are seen every day by one physician assigned daily for all inpatients. Your own family physician is also welcome. Family Physicians are notified at time of admission and discharge, to facilitate information sharing and continuity of care.
• Multidisciplinary caregiver conferences held with SW-CCAC(South West Community Care Access Centre) for transfer to Homecare or Long Term Care Placement.
