Headsets - $3.25 one time payment

Semi-Private Accommodations - $200.00 per day

• It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure of supplementary coverage (i.e. semi-private room / private room coverage).

• For any additional charges, payment arrangements can be made with the service area involved.
