Satisfaction Survey
As a follow-up to your visit, you may receive a satisfaction survey from NRC Picker Canada. It would be greatly appreciated if you, your family, or a Substitute Decision Maker (SDM) would complete this survey to the best of your ability and return it in the envelope provided.
This survey will arrive via Canada Post after your discharge from the hospital. and will include a return envelope.
Your feedback, good or bad, is valuable to us and it will be used to improve how we provide care.
